Conejita (short film)
Conejita lives in the spirit of Dostoyevsky's hyper-realized characters following their instincts unhindered. The short is an inquiry into when spinning-out reaches its natural endpoint. I shot in Buenos Aires as I would only make the film if Natalia Seghezzo agreed to the lead.

I took songs from my youth and pushed the sonics to discover their new flavor in a new presentation.
Then I married that exploration with classical animation and a glitch aesthetic. Nostalgia pushed forward into the bracing digital age.
